Principal Accountabilities

> Achieve Sales goal
> Channel partner development and sales support
> Spec in activities toward Industry customers
> Manage & Update Expected Sales Pipeline
> Purchase Inquiry / Order management
> Regular & irregular report on market trend and customers insights
> Support Strategy set up with fact based data
> Strategy (KPI) Progress update : Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly, Yearly reports
> Sales/Marketing Program planning & Budgeting & Execution
> Ramp up Distributor’s capability : Training, Work Process Innovation

Key Qualities Required

> Knowledge of products and competitors and trend of the industry
> Understanding of Company Strategic Directions
> Sensing, Searching, Gathering, and Organizing Market Information and Support Strategic Decisions
> Develop Detailed Business Strategy
> Develop Detailed Sales & Marketing Program
> Problem Finding & Solving Skill to Understand and Help Customers
> Good Communication Skill, Presentation Skill and Negotiation Skill

Qualifications

> More than 3 years working experience in related field (GE, Lenel, Pelco, Honey well, Panasonic)
> Bachelor or Master Degree
> Nationality: Any
> Gender: Male
