Particular emphasis was placed on the environment, so that the use of potentially hazardous substances such as hexavalent chrome was avoided. Instead a multi evaporation plating process was implemented on the surface finish and PC materials that can be easily processed by injection molding, along with zinc die-casting were implemented.

Movie DMB Player (T54)
With no screws, the spin-hairline is continuously applied to aluminum. A concentric circle spin pattern is applied breaking away from the usual aluminum hairline. We maximized the high quality of the aluminum by anodizing after the C-cut process. We also improved the pitch value (0.15 pitch) for high quality hairspin. FM37 is as slim as 10.2 mm using 0.6 mm thick aluminum. The finishing was enhanced by applying the same step height to the middle, the front and the back aluminum. Anodizing colors (titan/black) were developed so that they were suitable for mass production and yield. The spin-hairline on the front prevents fingerprints and enhances durability.

Video MP3 Player (V25)
A balanced look has been achieved by placing a display panel and touch keys at the top and bottom of the front side. A combination of straight lines and curves used for the front side adds a touch of sophistication to the device. In addition, the contrast between the simplicity of the gloss black front and the stainless steel metal material at the rear is emphasized. The device is neatly designed and all the screws are hidden. At just 7.8mm in breadth, it is extremely slim-looking. The soft edge at the front provides better grip. The "OK" button on the front is depressed by 0.5 mm, not only to increase recognition but also to add to this unique front design.
