As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHO) for LG Electronics, Reg Bull is charged with ensuring the highest possible performance of the business' organization and its people. Part of this brief is to help bring LG's HR policies and systems up to the global standards required for the next phase of LG's international development.
One of his main responsibilities is to seek out best-in-class talent with executive potential and to ensure their effective cultivation. Mr. Bull continues to be a key asset to LG because of his vision and ability to improve and reinforce LG's unified HR system.
Prior to joining LG in 2008, Mr. Bull spent 25 years working in Unilever's Human Resource department, where the company operates in over 100 countries and employees approximately 200,000 people. As Senior Vice President of Unilever's Global Human Resources Transformation team, he latterly led the businesses' scale-change in its HR delivery model. Mr. Bull has extensive work experience worldwide, as he worked in UK from 1983 to 1994, Shanghai from 1994 to 2000 and the Netherlands from 2001 to 2005. He earned a bachelor's degree in Literature and Philosophy from Bradford University in UK.
