Brand-Value Creation
Digital Display Company's vision is to establish the world's no. 1 display brand in the global market.
A company's value cannot be estimated by fluctuating factors such as the level of market share and sales. On that note, a brand is the overall representation of a company that has the potential to reflect its achievements or outcome. Brand-value creation is our goal as well as one of the most important phases. Our brand value will increase through customer-oriented product development and customer-targeted marketing and communication.

Customer-Oriented Mentality
Consumers are not just purchasing the product, but the value of service that meets their needs.

We should aim to develop technology and produce products based on customer's needs. It is crucial to identify customer's needs so as to develop technologies that benefit people and displays that can be utilized most successfully by people. In order to produce products that fulfill human desire and cultural requirements, we need to step outside of the box and adopt a more open-minded approach.

Responsibilities and Roles for Achieving Harmony
Our organization is like an orchestra, each member having their own role yet working together in harmony as a single unit.

Previously, organizations were able to achieve their goal without requiring an equal contribution from each member. Many of today's organizations, however, require each and every member to make their own, individual contribution, and it is now much more difficult to replace another's role or responsibilities. Every member must take responsibility within their own role and demonstrate their special ability to contribute to the harmony of an organization.

Vision and Positive Thinking
A leader must know how to present a clear vision and must have a concrete strategy in order to reach that vision. You must have the ability to overcome difficult situations with positive thinking.

In oriental painting, for example, the painter plans his artwork, picturing the overall painting before embarking upon the painting itself. Once the overall direction and goals have been set, the pace of execution is very important. The process of establishing a company's direction is crucial and wrong decisions made during this process can lead to any number of future problems. A leader must always present a clear vision, based on positive thinking, and use passion to turn challenges into opportunities.

What's more, you must be able to distinguish yourself from the crowd. Aside from projects that can easily be done by other people, or projects that have reportedly been done by others, are there any projects that comprise your own ideas? Clearly identify any projects that have been undertaken and their outcomes. A strong desire to practice your own value-added work is essential.
