| We should do our best to satisfy our customers with the understanding that all people but ourselves are our customers. We need to embrace the belief that the customer comes first, and have a system to back up such belief. Only the products that fulfils the customer's need and satisfaction will guarantee our bright future. I will do my best to ensure that the Digital Media Company puts its customers first, ahead of its employees, management and shareholders, and that its management will focus on satisfying their customers. |

| Open management |
| I have endeavoured to share all information with our employees by sharing management results on a regular basis and holding "Open Communication" meetings, as well as building of mutual consensus. Only mutually transparent, open management will build trust among us; and when we couple this trust with our corporate capabilities, we will be able to exercise our capabilities to the full. Open management is also crucial in forming partnerships with our partner companies. I will champion open, transparent management to form true partnerships that are based on mutual benefits and on the pursuit of mutual survival. |

| Human-oriented management |
| The word 'Human' here does not necessarily mean talented people. I will practice management with the understanding that it is the CEO's role and mission to create an environment where all the employees are valued for their individuality and capabilities and are free to exercise their abilities. How much value individual employees put on their jobs and how satisfied they are with their jobs will determine how great the achievements and results they could attain. In particular, I will do my best to create an atmosphere where employees are able to concentrate their efforts and time on core jobs, perform work that they feel is valuable, and thus, feel proud of doing it. |
