Management Style
Management by Principles
Only companies that practice management by principles can survive in today's market. Enterprises worldwide have been spurned by consumers because of evidence of unprincipled management. Management by principles is essential for moving beyond being a 'good company' to becoming a 'great company.' Digital Appliance Company (DAC) is working to fully incorporate management by principles into its management system, especially in relation to its transactions with its partner companies. Its partner companies do not merely support it but are equal to it. DAC has a mutually beneficial relationship with them in that their assurance of product quality translates to the high quality of DAC's products. Therefore, we at DAC pledge to rigorously practice management by principles, for our benefit as well as for the benefit of our partner companies.

Quality Management
Quality is a promise we make to our customers. To compromise quality is to break this promise and sacrifice our customers' confidence in us. Customers will not buy products of questionable quality. Quality results in sales. Consumer confidence is essential for us to achieve our goal of being in the Global No. 1 position. DAC has already established itself as a contender for the world's top position with its sale of premium products. Accordingly, DAC is aware that it can no longer supply anything less than top-quality products. Only the finest-quality products will ensure that the company will not lose ground in its pursuit of the Global No. 1 position. All DAC staff share the mindset of being quality production supervisors. If faulty components are detected, production is stopped immediately. Although losses may be incurred, we are determined to market only the best-quality products.

Safety and Zero Accidents
Without health, wealth and reputation are worthless. To companies, safety is a factor of overall health. Without ensuring safety, enterprises lose their work facilities-the bases of their viability and fulfilment of their goals. Efforts to ensure safety and zero accidents, whether simple or significant, are crucial for both individuals and enterprises. Even minimal negligence can lead to tragedy for individuals and enterprises. DAC strives to ensure work safety, prevent accidents, and train its employees on first aid skills to prevent small accidents at its workplaces from becoming catastrophes.
