It was a real honor to work at the LG Electronics China Headquarters in July of last year. As a student who had just graduated from Tsinghua University, I was determined to choose a company and industry that would be the starting point of my career. I eventually joined the warm family-like H.E. PM Team at LG Electronics in AV Gr.
LG Electronics was an attractive option due to its high ranking in the TOP 500 Global Corporations and its amazing building on the side of the Changan Avenue. Also, LG Electronics offers a strong innovative spirit in its product ranges that I find so impressive, for example the Chocolate phone, Time Machine TV, and recently the Shine phone. I believe LG Electronics will make a huge contribution to helping the electronics industry advance. And I will no doubt develop with this along the way.
Almost one year in, and I have been transformed from a student into a member of the PM staff. I'm still young but I have already joined in the fierce Chinese market. The knowledge, training and skills I have received from LG Electronics, along with the work experience I've received from my great supervisor and colleagues have given me a fantastic start to my career. In addition, LG Electronics is becoming more open and global. I imagine there will be a great opportunity for me to develop in a global arena over the next few years.
